Johanna Nuutinen +Collaborators' instinctive and hypnotic SKIN HUNGER explores the grounding power of human experience – the sense of touch. In the piece, the performer is brought close to the audience through sound: a binaural soundscape created by sound designer Tuomas Norvio forms an immersive, three-dimensional environment, establishing a direct auditory connection to the bodies of six performers.
